1. Track your animals by generation, cross letter and colony/strain. In the animal view below, you can see what stage each animal is from, which are used in matings, and which litter they came from.
2. You can create events for animals that need to be mated next, or animals that need to be tested. You can even go to your calendar, open the event, view the animals tab, and complete the task (such as set up a mating.)
