Add Animals to Existing Mating

Matings - Update Mating

Animals can be added or removed from an existing mating. For example, the current sire is no longer alive and you want to add a different sire. Previous pedigrees will not be affected. Future pups will have ethe new parent but the mating record remains the same.

Begin my updating the mating.

Step 1: Uncheck the current male and click search or browse dam or sire.

Step 2: Enter Search term or browse and select new sire

Step 3: Check the new sire. You may need to uncheck the old sire. Then Save at bottom of page!
