Select Cage or Add New Cage

Select an existing cage from the dropdown, create new cage, or select N/A (Animal will not be active).

Owner and Protocol

Select Animal Owner and Protocol (if protocol is set to animal level) from dropdown.

Animal Information

Enter animal name (if automatic naming is used, animal name will be filled automatically).  Add status, DOB, strain, etc.

Dropdown Menus

Use the dropdowns in each category.  Enter your own field if it dies not exist to add automatically to the dropdown fields.

Genotypes and Parents

Enter genotypes and select parents if applicable.

Animal Pain Level

If Pain Level is activated, select the pain level B, C, D, or E.

Notes and Files

Enter notes and attach files if applicable.

Submit Changes
