Create Billing Account

 
Create all accounts to bill.  Each PI may have more than one billing account.

Select Lab

Select lab from dropdown.

Billing Account

Enter billing account name or number (required field, free text).

Select Protocol

Select Protocol (Protocols must already be created).

Notes

Enter optional notes

Submit Changes

Create Billing Account
