Before adding clinical signs to medical records, you will need to create clinical signs. You can add or remove clinical signs at any time.
System Settings - Clinical Signs - Add New Clinical Sign
 System SettingsAdd new clinical signs from the System Settings menu.

 Clinical Sign Enter a name for the clinical sign.

 Submit ChangesSubmit and repeat to add more clinical signs.
