Create Medical Treatment Categories

 
Before adding treatments to medical records, you will need to create medical treatment categories.
Go to System Settings - Medical Treatment Categories - Add Medical Treatment Category.

Main Information

Enter category and rates if billable.

Default Values

Select any corresponding values, add dosages, etc.

Corresponding Clinical signs

Select corresponding clinical signs (if applicable).

Enter Frequency

Enter repeats (daily, weekly, etc.)

Submit

Submit new treatment category.
