Section 3: Response, Animal Handling, and Treatment

Researcher Response

Enter relevant information such as contact information, response, and final disposition date.

Animal Handling

If animal must be euthanized, check sacrifice animal.  Date of Death, Cause of Death, and comments will be available once checked.

Treatment

Select treatment from the dropdown menu (created in system settings - treatment plans), add dosage and notes.  To add another treatment, click the blue +Add New Treatment.

Enter Frequencies

Use the calendar tool to add frequencies of treatments.

Submit Changes
