1. mLIMS provides users with auto-generated dropdown menus. Whenever you are able to click and type in a dropdown box, it will auto-generate what you type into the dropdown menu.
Look for dropdown menus with a gray arrow on the right.
2. You can manage how your strains appear in the dropdown menus in System Settings - Dropdown Menus - Strains.
Choose "strain" from the list under the Animals Section.
3. Choose from the three options listed.
All - will show all strains in the dropdwon menu, active or inactive.
Active Only - This will shorten the dropdown to only active strains - Recommended.
