Set and Manage Strain Menus

To manage strains and background strains, Go To:

System Settings - Settings - Animals

1. Enable or Disable Strains

Choose your option

2. Consolidate Strain Menu

Strains are added and managed across mLIMS, including animals, matings and litters.

Consolidate your strain menus to allow mLIMS to add/combine strains from all of these areas to the dropdwon menu.

For example, a litter may introduce a new strain. If "consolidate" is selected, the new strain will be added to all strain dropdown menus.
