The mLIMS import tool allows you to import new animals and cages, as well as protocols, genotypes, strains, and any other connected data.
Matings and litters are not included in the import.
When you import your data, you cages should be marked breeding or holding. You can then quickly add a mating to the breeding cages.
For litters, if you add the dam and sire to the animals you import, your full pedigree will be included. Moving forward, add litters using the litter tool.
You can also edit data in excel and re-import to update animals.
